About Us

While studying at the Smith School of Business at Queens University, I started my first painting company. In our first summer, we did over $500k, breaking the all time rookie record with the Student Works Management Program. By the second year, we were running the largest student painting franchise in the country.

The problems that I started facing as we tried to scale past 7 figures couldn't be solved by just working harder. Things like low lead conversion and lots of admin work started eating into our efficiency and profitability.

This brought me down a rabbit hole, jumping on demo calls with every CRM out there looking for the magic software, and spending thousands of hours learning about new AI tools, how they work, and more importantly, how they can applied to businesses like ours.

Through this process I started getting familiar with different softwares, building some of my own, and learning how to integrate and connect them all to build a world class tech stack.

What I do at Service Growth is bridge the gap between tech and service businesses. I do all the background work learning what softwares are out there, how to use them, build them, customize them, and integrate them. Then, I use my experience in the industry to understand which softwares we can build or integrate in to your business specifically, and I help you implement them so we can scale your company in the way you want to.
